Set of two antique naturalist style paintings, made on canvas and presented in magnificent, richly decorated antique frames.

The works depict peaceful bucolic scenes, reminiscent of countryside landscapes or forest trails. Each canvas is by E. Cohendoz, a landscape painter active between 1900 and 1920.

One of the paintings has two small holes in the center (probably due to old tension or fragility of the canvas), easily restored. The second painting is in perfect condition.

Dimensions:

45 x 33 cm and 46 x 36 cm.

Through their artistic coherence and period aesthetics, these two pieces form a precious and harmonious decorative pair.
